This was one of the best movies I ever seen the boy going through so much struggle since he was a little boy now entering high school learning the ways of a teen dating partying running from there problems. During the film he ends up metting this senors who show him a good time and one of his most memorable moments was metting them and going trough that tunnel listing to music. They felt like the world is theres and they can do what ever they want.
Charlie has many problems he even got involved in a fight, being known as the smart silent type no one taught that he had that in him. He found out his friend gay the girl his dating annoying and the girl he likes is going to disappear for a while so he imagens many ways he can brake up with her but can't so he kissed Sam and ended up braking both there harts and this could end his friendship with them the annoying girl moves on Patrick is called nothing and exiled by everyone in school and so starts the begging of the fight. When Sam birthday ends he talks to her and she opens up to him about how she doesn't want to be someone crush and why he didn't ask her out.
Afterwords he and her kiss ones more and had sex but he soon remembers that feeling when his aunt touch him as a little boy as sad as that is he still didn't open up to anyone about it. Aunt Helen ended up dyeing from a car crash and she did deserve it but I believe this came from old drama from the past also Charlie loved her because she gave him two presents during the holidays. When Sam finally gets accepted to a collage and leave he starts to cry in his home and called his sister about hem thinking it was his fault that their aunt death immediately she think that he going to kill him self and tells someone to call the police he safe but emotional damaged and reveals everything to the doctor.
At the end his friends come and confort him telling him that they found the tunnel music he ended up living.
